We can’t express how grateful we are, and will always be, for the care and support given by all the angels connected with Wakefield Hospice, before, during and after the last month of Alan’s life.

He was a vibrant and positive man refusing to accept how serious his illness was. He had helped so many people throughout his career as a psychotherapist, and we know he was comfortable and pleased to be cared for in such a wonderful place during his last days. 

His enthusiasm for life and new experiences will always encourage his loving children and grandchildren to fulfil their dreams. He was definitely a ‘once met, never forgotten' individual!
